Will my plan auto-renew?
No. NurAi never auto-charges. When your period ends, access stops and you can buy again anytime.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades charge only the difference from your current paid plan and switch your active plan after payment confirmation. Your current expiry date stays the same.
What if my payment fails?
No charge happens until the payment confirms. If it fails, just retry, no money lost.
Can a team share one plan?
Yes - Premium covers up to five X accounts. Each person signs in to their own X account in the browser and replies from it. The accounts your plan covers are listed in Settings, and you can add or remove them there.
What happens if I reply from another X account?
NurAi tells you which account your plan covers, so you can switch back on X. A plan covers a number of X accounts, not a number of browsers - that is what keeps one subscription from being passed around.
Why are some features locked on lower plans?
The trial gives you everything Premium has for seven days, so you can judge it properly. Starter unlocks the styles and covers one X account. Pro adds image understanding, project memory and a second account. Premium adds the deepest project memory and covers five accounts.
